Ideal for the bagging of cookies, bread products, hot dogs, hamburgers, burritos, etc, and now with the push for school food services to start serving healthier foods, it is ideal for the packaging of carrots, celery sticks, trail mix, fruit pieces, and more.

The EZ Pak System incorporates the use of special poly bags known in the industry as EZ Pak Bags, and Quick Pak Bags, that are available in various sizes ranging from 4” in width up to 20” in length (custom sizes available upon request), many of which are in stock for immediate shipping. We offer vented bags to help eliminate moisture and fogging as well as a non-vented version for items that need extended shelf life. Coming in 2011 are “Hot Bags” that are capable of withstanding oven temperatures up to 400 degrees F, that are also suitable for use in microwave ovens.

Sealing of the bags is accomplished by a tape applicator bag sealer that applies a small length of tape around the neck of the bag, providing a securely sealed bag that is still easy enough to open even for younger children. Tape is available in assorted colors that can be used for date or item identification purposes.

If the tape seal does not meet your needs we offer various heat seal methods for closing the bags. All materials used are approved by the FDA.
